Roan is a 2009 Molly mule standing 15.3 hands tall. She is gentle, trustworthy, and experienced. This girl has excellent ground manners and stands quietly for grooming, saddling, mounting, and dismounting.
Roan is steady and sure-footed, confidently handling water crossings, logs, rocky terrain, and steep trails. She’s happy anywhere in the string or you can lead a pack string on her and she also goes out alone. She’s calm, dependable, and ready to go at your pace—will walk along slow or step out to cover some country.
Kid-safe and beginner-friendly, Roan has been ridden bareback by children and is also broke to drive. She’s great with dogs, easy to catch, loads and unloads with no issues and can be trimmed with electric trimmers. She stands great for the farrier-ride her barefoot or shod. She’s also an excellent pack mule with plenty of trail miles behind her.
